MQU BioFoundry PC2 Laboratory

This project consists of approximately 400m2 of PC2 laboratory. The architectural layouts were provided by MCA Architects. Hoyne Design

The fitout for Hoyne Design comprised high-end finishes that required the services to be arranged discreetly, including front of house meeting areas and client reception. The work zone comprised workstation and collaboration areas. The construction programme was tight so the design process involved close co-ordination with the builder and architect to ensure the designs could be constructed in the available time. Somerset College Performing Arts Centre

VOS Group were an integral part of the design team completing the Design Documentation and Certification of the Mechanical, Electrical, Dry Fire and Lift Engineering on the new Somerset Spartans Basketball and Gym facility, Synthetic outdoor running track field lighting, Tennis courts and Swimming Pool works, including 100 kW Solar PVA. MU E6A & F9C

401 St Kilda Road

A high-end low rise low density 8,000m² / 17 Apartment development on St Kilda Road close the Toorak Road intersection. The development consists of basement car parking, ground floor tenancy spaces for restaurants and retail outlets within six (6) upper floors consisting of 16 apartments. Liverpool Medical Centre

This project consists of construction of a new medical centre over 8 levels at 24-26 Bigge street with basement parking, for use as medical offices. The 1,436m2 site is within the medical precinct of Liverpool Hospital. The development is adjacent to Bigge Street Private Hospital and other specialist medical centres.

RPA Hospital
