Project Description

The Royal Naval House project was a major building upgrade combined with an integrated fitout of a historic heritage listed building. The major plant was required to be invisibly located within the apex of the plant roof. The works included under floor heating and air conditioning to the heritage listed internal atrium/balcony area. The project also involved an integrated tenant fitout of all floors for the McCann Group with different divisions/departments occupying different levels.

Chiller replacements
Cooling tower replacements
The addition of a hydronic heating system including underfloor heating to the atrium
Air handling unit replacements
Pump replacement (including chilled water, condenser water heating hot water systems)
Fire damper compliance upgrade for the entire building
Diffusion replacement
Switchboard replacement including metering
Tenancy lighting upgrade, including specialist lighting to the feature ground floor
New BMS system
Lift replacement and upgrade
