Project Description
The residential component of this project was built to sit over the new Kirribilli Ex-Servicemen’s Club. The project was designed to fit within extremely tight spatial constraints imposed by North Sydney Council with no plant allowed to be visible from outside the building. VOS Group was engaged by Thackral to design the building services for both the club and the residential components of the building.
Project Highlights
The spatial restrictions imposed the toughest demands on the design team in particular the need for two separate heat rejection systems, one for the club and the other for the residences.
Thackral described the residential units as, “The quality of Alchemy and its inclusions is destined to set the benchmark for Sydney residential luxury developments.”
